The front office lady is very rude. Her behaviour is like we are staying there for free. Bathroom are and rooms are clean . Stay was good other than the behaviour of the lady. Location is not near Paris centre you need to take a half an hour metro from port de st ouen station.

Hotel decisamente basilare, situato vicino al Boulevard Périphérique e a breve distanza dalla metro. La stanza era ampia, ma quasi vuota. Ho prenotato una camera accessibile per persone diversamente abili, ma l’unico bagno dedicato presente al piano era fuori servizio; stessa situazione si riscontrava nel bagno equivalente al piano inferiore. Non ho verificato gli altri piani dell’edificio. Inoltre, tutti i bagni condivisi al piano risultavano praticamente inutilizzabili: su tre WC, uno era fuori servizio e due avevano problemi di scarico, con residui visibili. La situazione era la stessa sia la sera che la mattina successiva, nonostante avessi segnalato il problema al personale, e in realtà era peggiorata. Per questi motivi ho soggiornato solo una notte, pur avendo prenotato e pagato tre notti. Al momento della partenza non è stato rimborsato nulla, nemmeno la tassa di soggiorno.

The room itself was simple, the place is really just for sleep so I guess it’s alright if your whole purpose is out all day. But the soundproofing is SOO BAD! Because the hotel is right next to a night club! So every night it was SOO loud til like 5am. Even with the window closed you can hear the music from the club and there is a food truck parked right outside the hotel. So if you’re coming back late or leaving very early it feels very unsafe. Facilities aren’t bad but it’s the bare minimum and staff is fairly nice but one security guard was VERY rude.

とても良かったです！チェックイン時間までについてしまい、受付をしましたが室內で待たせてくださいました。また、チェックイン時間より先に部屋へ案內していただけました。延泊をしたのですが、すぐ対応して下さりました。部屋は1人でしたが、ダブルベッドを使ったので悽く広かったです。シャワーはいつでも使えそうでした。近くにスーパーマーケット、コーナンと食料品(小規模)が合體したようなお店もあり、少し治安が悪いそうですがとても便利でした。強いて言うなら個室シャワーと個室トイレが同じ室內にあったこと、トイレの形に慣れなかったぐらいです。

そこそこ綺麗です。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあります。ヘアドライヤーを借りるためにはパスポートと引き換える必要があります。朝食は、多分有料です。壁紙は陽キャでした。ドアはちょっと重いです。それでもよければぜひ泊まることを推奨します。

難以想象，打掃衞生的人偷了我的奢侈品真皮眼鏡盒。大家注意貴重物品不要留在房間。 The cleaner stole my luxury sunglasses case, be careful of the pockets… don't leave any expensive stuffs in your room!

Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Englisch, daher war eine Konversation schwierig. Tiefgarage war eine pure Katastrophe und die Sauberkeit schlecht. In unserer Duschkabine fehlte eine Duschwand. Wir sind früher abgereist und kein entgegenkommen bezüglich der Bezahlung. Die Lage war auch sehr fragwürdig. Viele Obdachlose.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, nous voulions faire le marché aux puces le lendemain et celui ci ne peut pas être plus proche ainsi que pour les transports. Les chambres sont pratiquables et bien équipées pour une voyage à 3. Les douches et toilettes sont nettoyées tres régulièrement malgré le passage de la clientèle. J’ai passé un bon séjour et je reviendrai si je souhaite aller dans le coin.
